Entrepreneurial Consulting, LLC was formed in Philadelphia in 1999, to provide business consulting to meet the demand small and medium sized businesses and organizations had for business planning, recruiting, marketing, operations and financial help.  Our team of management consultants allows CEO's and owners of these businesses (and boards of not-for-profits) to accomplish certain projects with the help of experts they normally wouldn't have access to.  And we constantly focus on your return on investment - striving to continuously meet our clients’ needs. 

We work hands-on with start-up, early stage, high-growth, turnaround and mature businesses whose sales range from pre-revenue to $100 million a year.  Businesses which don’t yet have the need for or can’t yet afford a full-time Chief Operating Officer, Recruiting Director, VP of Marketing or CFO (along with companies who have additional or one-time needs), are able to buy time with our team by the hour, by the project, or on a retainer basis, just like they do with their lawyer, marketing agency or accountant.

We are a boutique firm which provides executive search, strategic planning, CEO coaching, business plan writing, efficiency improvement, marketing and vendor negotiating assistance.  Entrepreneurial Consulting also helps with financials, performs due diligence, and assists with the acquisition and sale of businesses.  Project fees, with EC, are an investment in your business’ success, working to lower your risk, improve your results, reduce your stress and provide the CEO much needed support.

Often clients use us to provide periodic one-on-one advisory meetings and mentoring.  We pride ourselves on near "24/7" access on questions you want to run by a trusted advisor who has "been there".  We don’t believe in saddling clients with long term contracts or large up-front costs.  Our team works hard to establish relationships with our clients and to continue to meet their needs as their businesses grow.

Entrepreneurial Consulting recently completed the search for the new President of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, assisted with business plan development for Young Sports which successfully opened for business, helped our client Voicestar with venture capital funding preparation (they subsequently sold for $28 million) and performed a complex vendor negotiation for a client saving them over a half a million dollars.
